Since this is a generic chatbot for all customers, its main aim will be to collect the lead's information and forward it via an email notification so that someone from your team can follow up afterward.
Later on, it can be customized to provide more information to the end-user.
Basic Chabot Prerequisites
You need to create the following assets before setting up the chatbot:
A nice friendly picture for your bot (recommended size 144x144pixels)
A custom text input field e.g. "Chatbot message" which is where the question/message from your customer will be stored
A manual list where all contacts who interact with the bot will be saved
An email notification which will be sent out when someone fills in some information
