How to change your meetings photo
FunnelBud automatically 'pulls' the meetings photo from your existing calendar, i.e. Google or Microsoft Calendar.
To change your meetings photo you'll first need to change the profile picture on your Google or Office 365 account.
If the changes do not reflect on your FunnelBud account, you can try disconnecting and reconnecting your calendar
how to fix The Meetings feature not working
If your meetings links stop working and show an error page like this one when you click the meeting link, this means that the connection between FunnelBud and your Google or Office 365 calendar was lost.
NOTE: If your meeting links stop working there's a good chance that your Mail Sync isn't working too, so please check on that too.
To fix this problem, you will need to go to the Meetings settings in FunnelBud, and reconnect it by signing into your Google or Office 365 account, as shown in the video below:
REGARDING EXISTING CALENDAR EVENTS
Meetings respect events set to Busy status already on your calendar. They will not allow that time to be booked. However, meetings will not respect events set as Free status. They will allow that time to be booked with your meeting link.
To avoid scheduling conflicts, set your important calendar events or meetings to Busy status.
For more information on how to set events status Busy, read the below external articles.
Set event status for Google Calendar
Set event status for Office 365
Why do I see pre-filled details on the meeting booking form?
It’s because you are being tracked (mostly filled out a form before) and you are using the same device.
If the form is being filled by a person who is not being tracked or when using a different device, the fields appear blank. You can test this by viewing the form using an incognito browser.
When you send the meeting booking link to a person, they cannot see prefilled details of another person.
