Tracking mismatch - Contact added to another contact
Tracking mismatches an happen mainly for two reasons:
A contact fills out a form with someone else's details
A contact forwards an email and the new person clicks a link
The ideal solution to the problem is to ask the original person to complete a tracked form with their correct details. This will ensure that they are tracked under the correct device.
Alternatively you can do the following steps inside of FunnelBud:
Go to the contact who was tracked filling out the form.
Click on the Memberships Tab.
Check which device was used most recently and disable the device.
Check both contacts and update their contact details to ensure that they are correct (using the form history in Life of the Lead)
