How to fix "Saved value not in the list"
When you see "Saved value not in the list" in a dropdown field, it means that the value saved in the field is not among the options set for that field.
Since the value is not one of the options, you won't be able to use it in rules for creating lists or doing advanced search.
To remove this and update all contacts with the correct value, you first need to add the missing value as an option in the dropdown field.
How to fix it:
Go to Custom Field settings
Edit the dropdown field with the missing value
Add the missing value and update the field
Go to Contact Manager and click Advanced Search
Select the dropdown field and filter by the value you just added, then click Search
In the search result, select all contacts
Click Edit (pencil icon) to bulk edit all selected contacts
Select the dropdown field again and select the value you want to update to
Click Save Changes
Once you have updated all contacts, go to back to Custom Field settings and delete the option that you added.
