Form Fill Notification via Visual Workflow

If you want to notify a specific user or person when someone fills out a form, you must create a visual workflow for this.

1. Go to Marketing > Automation> Visual Workflows

2. At the top right corner, click Create > Visual Workflow

3. Enter the name. For example: [Name of the form] notification

4. Add a trigger: When a contact fills out the form: [Form name] at  anytime

5. Add an action: Send a notification to user [User name].

6. If you want to send a notification to someone who is not enrolled as a user in FunnelBud, choose: Send a notification to email [Email address]

7. To send a notification to multiple people, you'll need to create a different action for each person

8. Activate the workflow
