Q) Do auto-clicks and auto-open affect email reports?

A) FunnelBud has an email bot filter that is able to detect and filter out a majority of bot activity. While the bot filter may reduce overall clicks and opens in your reports it helps keep your engagement accurate.

It is also good to note that in some rare/one-off cases some sophisticated bots may bypass the bot filter, but their effect on the reports is minimal.
