Global Search Tool

Using the Global Search in FunnelBud

FunnelBud global search tool. The search tool provides answers to different queries and allows the results to be watched.

The search tool shows the results based on these criteria:

• First Name

• Last Name

• Email Contact Field

• Company Name

• Account Name

• Phone Number

• Office Phone

• Mobile Phone

• Fax Number

• Opportunity

• Email Subject Title

• List Name

• Campaign Name

• Form Name

To use the global search tool, follow these instructions.

1. Go to 🔍Search on the top toolbar.

2. Enter the desired search term in the text field that appears. 

To Note: 

• The global search tool will start showing results when you enter more than 2 characters for the search term.

• The tool will only show results when the search term characters are the starting characters of a word. For example, when you enter the search term “mart”, it will show results like Martin, Martini, and Mini Mart. But it will not show results for Smart, Integromart etc.

3. Click the desired content on the list that appears.
