Onboarding a large sales team can be a daunting task.

  1. Assign a Power User, who becomes our main contact for CRM related training, requests and questions.

  2. We design a good sales process together with this power user.

  3. We create custom sales training videos for training the rest of the sales team. (Optionally, you have the alternative to purchase an on-site sales training workshop.)

This way, you will be able to customize and test the CRM according to your needs, build internal knowledge, and onboard the rest of the sales team smoothly into an already well tested process that works for you.
