Internal System Reports and Notifications
The system sends the following internal reports and notifications:
Email notifications of new web prospects
Popup notifications when a lead opens a Smart Mail or clicks a link in a Smart Mail that I have sent (when user is logged in)
Email notifications for social post or email send approval
Highlight email report
To enable or disable any of these notifications:
Go to Settings > Users Accounts
Select the user you want to send these notifications to (or remove these notifications for)
Under Notification Options:
Select when you'd like to receive emails about web prospects for your company (daily, weekly or never)
For the other notifications, they are enabled by default
Make sure that the corresponding boxes are unchecked (if you want to receive them) or checked (if you don't want to receive them
